Suboor Store Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and exchanges work.

Return window:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility:

 To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In its original condition with tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on stitched/altered items unless they arrived defective or different from what was ordered.

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] or [PHONE / WHATSAPP NUMBER] within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back (or arrange pickup, where available). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

 Size or design exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is out of stock, we'll offer a refund or store credit instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash to the details you provide.
  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method where possible.

Non-returnable items

  • Sale/clearance items marked "final sale"
  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
  • Gift cards

Damaged or incorrect items

 If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the product and packaging so we can arrange a free replacement or refund.
